📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage staff schedules and ensure high levels of customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Train and mentor store staff to enhance their performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of driving sales and improving store performance.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
