Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Oversee inventory management and stock control to maintain optimal levels.,Train and develop store staff to enhance performance and customer service skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Assist in preparing and analyzing sales reports for the Store Manager.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
