📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the Accounts Payable process, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments.
• Lead the Travel Expense program, optimizing processes and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Reconcile accounts, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
• Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Accounts Payable and Travel Expense management.
• Provide training and guidance to finance team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Travel Expense management.
• Proven experience with QuickBooks, SAP, and Concur.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
