📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct in-depth analysis of fisheries data using statistical software such as R, Python, and SPSS.
• Develop and implement data collection protocols and methodologies for fisheries research projects.
• Collaborate with marine biologists and ecologists to design and execute research studies on fisheries and marine ecosystems.
• Prepare and present research findings to stakeholders, including policymakers, conservation organizations, and the public.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in fisheries science and marine conservation, and apply this knowledge to your work.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sustainable fisheries management plans.
• Contribute to the development of capacity building programs for local fisheries communities.
• Participate in fieldwork and data collection activities, including boat-based surveys and sampling.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries Science, Marine Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fisheries research or a related field.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills, with proficiency in R, Python, and SPSS.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
• Familiarity with GIS and remote sensing technologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of Indonesian fisheries regulations and policies is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
