📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Oversee employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to align HR strategies with business goals.,Handle employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct training and development programs for employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.,Knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
