📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles within the company.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews using Greenhouse and Microsoft Teams.
• Support the HR team in maintaining and updating our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and provide feedback to interviewers.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
