In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, a creative mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Ciputat and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.,Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and search engines.,Create and manage content for our digital platforms, including blogs, social media posts, and email newsletters.,Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant tools and metrics.,Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Manage our social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing.,Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.,Strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles.,Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Creative and strategic thinker with a strong attention to detail.
