📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of delivery drivers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.,Plan and coordinate delivery routes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and maintain the condition of delivery vehicles, ensuring they are safe and roadworthy.,Communicate with customers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective delivery operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to transportation and logistics.,Provide training and support to the delivery team to improve their skills and performance.,Monitor and report on delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.,Proven leadership and management experience, preferably in a logistics or transportation context.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Knowledge of the local area and ability to navigate efficiently.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with logistics software and systems is a plus.
