Plus Food Cemerlang is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring that all sales targets are met, and that our customers are satisfied with their shopping experience. You will also be responsible for managing a team of store managers and ensuring that they are properly trained and supported.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Ensure that all sales targets are met and that the store is profitable.,Manage a team of store managers, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed and that the store is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.,Work with the regional manager to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the store.,Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that all products are properly displayed and priced.,Monitor customer satisfaction and address any complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the retail industry.,Strong knowledge of inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
