Resto Sari Coffee is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. This is a full-time position located in Ambon, with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on coffee machines, kitchen equipment, and other facilities.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.,Maintain and clean equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.,Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.,Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.,Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on equipment and facilities.,Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.,Knowledge of coffee equipment and kitchen tools is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
