📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.,Handle financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately and efficiently.,Assist clients with account inquiries, balance checks, and other banking services.,Maintain a clean and organized teller station, following all safety and security protocols.,Report any suspicious activities or transactions to the appropriate authorities.,Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and meet daily targets.,Stay updated with the latest banking products and services to provide informed advice to clients.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Proven experience as a Teller or similar role in a banking or financial institution is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.,Basic knowledge of banking products and services.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
