Sumber Fajar Coffee is looking for an experienced Assistant Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our coffee processing and distribution activities. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the coffee processing and distribution activities,Ensure that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations,Coordinate with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of coffee products,Develop and implement operational plans and procedures,Train and mentor staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively,Ensure that all operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the coffee industry or a related field,Strong knowledge of coffee processing and distribution activities,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
