📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process payments for medical services and products.,Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.,Maintain accurate records of all transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.,Assist in inventory management and restocking.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies.,Manage and reconcile daily cash deposits.,Assist in scheduling appointments and patient check-ins.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Good knowledge of financial transactions and basic accounting principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with medical billing and insurance processes is a plus.,Proficiency in using cash register and point-of-sale systems.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
