📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 concierge professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Manage daily operations using CMS (Concierge Management System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences, from personalized service to special request coordination.
• Oversee the training and development of concierges, ensuring they meet and exceed service standards.
• Coordinate with various departments, including housekeeping, dining, and activities, to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to continuously enhance service quality.
• Ensure compliance with resort policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.
• Represent the resort at guest events and functions, embodying the luxury and hospitality that define Belitung Paradise Resorts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in concierge or front office management, with a proven track record in luxury hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CMS (Concierge Management System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Excellent knowledge of local attractions, dining, and activities in Tanjung Pandan and the surrounding Bangka Belitung area.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with both local and international guests.
