📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement legal and compliance strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.
• Conduct regular legal and compliance audits to identify risks and opportunities.
• Provide legal and compliance advice to senior management and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitor and analyze legal and compliance trends to anticipate potential risks.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure that all legal matters are addressed proactively.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on legal and compliance matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal and compliance roles.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian and international laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with legal and compliance software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
