📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and developing the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.,Train and mentor sales staff to improve their performance and sales techniques.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Participate in product launches and promotions to drive sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and sales principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
