PT Sinar Bersama Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Field Collection Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting payments from our customers, ensuring timely and accurate collections. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Visit customer locations to collect payments and verify accounts.,Maintain accurate records of collections and follow up on overdue accounts.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Identify and resolve collection issues promptly.,Submit regular reports on collections and follow up on outstanding amounts.,Adhere to company policies and procedures for collections.,Work independently and as part of a team to achieve collection targets.,Stay updated on changes in collection policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in field collections or a related role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Familiarity with collection software and tools.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
