📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees,Monitor cash flow and manage bank reconciliations,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes,Conduct regular audits of financial records,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or financial roles,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian GAAP,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Indonesian
