• Develop and implement integrated operations strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in integrated operations, with a proven track record in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mining operations, including open-pit and underground mining.
• Proficiency in using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and standards.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a similar methodology is a plus.
