Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals.,Manage and supervise kitchen staff.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Prepare and maintain inventory of food and kitchen supplies.,Develop and implement new menu items.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven culinary skills and knowledge.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
