📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion.,Develop and maintain engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.,Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations.,Oversee the production and testing of mechanical components and systems.,Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians.,Participate in product development and improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a strong focus on product development.,Proven experience in leading engineering teams and projects.,Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations is a plus.,Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project) is a plus.
