📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain various food processing machines, including mixers, extruders, and packaging equipment.
• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of production lines by monitoring performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure that products meet our high standards of quality and safety.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions in the machinery.
• Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards, including regular cleaning and sanitization of equipment.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure that production targets are met.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and quality control guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Manufacturing Technician or similar role in the food processing industry.
• Familiarity with food processing machinery and equipment, including mixers, extruders, and packaging machines.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP and ISO 22000.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food processing techniques and quality control methods.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different locations within Bali.
