📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for clients based on their individual needs and goals.
• Conduct activity analysis and functional assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions.
• Provide therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and tools, such as adaptive equipment and assistive technology.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Educate clients and their families on the use of adaptive equipment and assistive technology to promote independence and improve daily living skills.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to ensure continued improvement and achievement of goals.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with the latest best practices and innovations in occupational therapy.
• Contribute to the creation of a supportive and collaborative work environment that fosters the growth and development of all team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an occupational therapy setting, preferably in a clinical or community-based environment.
• Certification as a Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practice and a commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and their families.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
