Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation.,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly technical documentation that meets the needs of our customers and internal teams.,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create promotional materials and product guides.,Provide training and support to internal teams on technical documentation best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communication, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience in the technology or related industry is a plus.
