Bay Pro Abadi is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a commitment to helping our employees grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs aligned with company goals and employee development needs.,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring clarity and engagement.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the implementation of learning management systems and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a related role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training tools.,Familiarity with learning management systems is a plus.
