CV Terang Mega is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Sanur, Bali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Implement and maintain efficient warehouse management systems and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed to maintain optimal levels.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and warehouse policies.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise in the warehouse.,Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing inventory and logistics operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluency in Indonesian, with English as an added advantage.
