📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the automotive workshop, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Manage and mentor a team of mechanics, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks, ensuring vehicles are serviced according to manufacturer recommendations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of workshop equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Collaborate with service advisors to deliver a seamless customer experience, from initial consultation to final delivery.
• Monitor and analyze workshop performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of all workshop activities, including inventory, service history, and customer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement measures to promote a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive servicing and repair, with a strong background in leadership and team management.
• Certification from a recognized institution such as the Indonesian Automotive Technicians Association (IATA) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in managing workshop operations and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with diagnostic systems such as Autel MaxiCOM and Snap-on tools.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and industry best practices.
