As a Shift Technician, you’ll monitor and maintain our critical systems, including power distribution, cooling, and network infrastructure. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain critical infrastructure including power distribution, cooling, and network systems.
• Conduct routine checks and inspections to ensure the smooth operation of our hyperscale facility.
• Respond to and resolve any infrastructure issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Work with our team of experts to implement and maintain best practices for infrastructure reliability.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems.
• Document all maintenance activities and infrastructure issues for future reference.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical infrastructure.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in data center operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data center operations, preferably in a hyperscale environment.
• Strong understanding of critical infrastructure systems, including power distribution, cooling, and network systems.
• Certification in IT infrastructure, such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Cisco CCNA, is a plus.
• Familiarity with data center management software, such as Raritan, Vertiv, or Liebert.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
