📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee a team of 10-15 professionals, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles.
• Manage a high volume of import/export operations, utilizing industry-standard software like SAP, Freightos, and Shipco.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure seamless cargo movement and timely deliveries.
• Optimize logistics processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a forwarding or logistics management role, with a proven track record of success.
• Certifications in logistics management, such as CILT, APICS, or equivalent, are a plus.
• Proven experience in managing a team and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of import/export regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Proficient in using logistics management software like SAP, Freightos, and Shipco.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
