📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on heavy equipment and trucks.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
• Conduct troubleshooting and problem-solving to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Use specialized tools and equipment such as diagnostic scanners, hydraulic testers, and welding equipment.
• Ensure all repairs and maintenance activities comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair tasks.
• Participate in training and professional development activities to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment & Truck Mechanic.
• Proven track record of diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical issues.
• Familiarity with a wide range of heavy equipment and trucks, including excavators, bulldozers, and dump trucks.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and engine mechanics.
• Certifications in heavy equipment maintenance and repair, such as the Certified Heavy Equipment Mechanic (CHEM) certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
