📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Create and curate engaging content, including posts, stories, and graphics
• Engage with our audience through comments, messages, and direct interactions
• Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant topics into our content strategy
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns
• Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve our social media strategy
• Assist in organizing and promoting events, both online and offline
• Ensure all brand guidelines and voice are consistently applied across all platforms

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the industry
• Proven experience in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
