As a Shift Technician, you’ll monitor and maintain our critical systems, including power distribution, cooling, and network infrastructure. You’ll work closely with our team of experts to ensure high availability and reliability. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain critical infrastructure including power distribution, cooling, and network systems.
Conduct routine checks and inspections to ensure the smooth operation of our hyperscale facility.
Respond to and resolve any infrastructure issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime.
Work with our team of experts to implement and maintain best practices for infrastructure reliability.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems.
Document all maintenance activities and infrastructure issues for future reference.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical infrastructure.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in data center operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in data center operations, preferably in a hyperscale environment.
Strong understanding of critical infrastructure systems, including power distribution, cooling, and network systems.
Certification in IT infrastructure, such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Cisco CCNA, is a plus.
Familiarity with data center management software, such as Raritan, Vertiv, or Liebert.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
