Distribution & Collection Officer (Palangkaraya - Banjarmasin)

Revass Utama Medika is looking for a dynamic Distribution & Collection Officer to join our team in Palangkaraya - Banjarmasin. As a Distribution & Collection Officer, you will be responsible for managing our distribution and collection processes, ensuring that our products reach customers on time and that payments are collected efficiently. This role is crucial for maintaining our financial health and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will work closely with our sales and finance teams to ensure that our distribution and collection processes are running smoothly. You will be responsible for managing our fleet of vehicles, ensuring that they are well-maintained and that our drivers are trained and motivated. You will also be responsible for managing our collection process, ensuring that payments are collected on time and that our customers are satisfied with our services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the distribution and collection routes to ensure timely delivery of products and efficient collection of payments.
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Train and supervise drivers to ensure they are knowledgeable about the routes and safe driving practices.
• Monitor and report on distribution and collection performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety regulations.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of all distribution and collection activities.
• Provide excellent customer service to both our customers and our drivers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution and collection management.
• Strong knowledge of route optimization software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with the transportation and logistics industry.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
