As a Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from order entry and inventory management to shipment tracking and customer communication. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire order fulfillment process, including order entry, inventory management, and shipment tracking.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
• Work closely with drivers to monitor shipment status and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
• Communicate with customers to provide updates on order status and address any concerns or inquiries.
• Utilize logistics software such as SAP, JDA, or similar systems to manage inventory, track shipments, and generate reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all order-related activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, order fulfillment, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse management, and transportation logistics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with logistics software such as SAP, JDA, or similar systems is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record, as occasional travel may be required.
